If any of Artwoodenstuff products do not meet your expectations, you’ve changed your mind or something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any items to Artwoodenstuff for a refund or exchange.
Typically, it can take 4-10 business days or more for Artwoodenstuff to receive your return, depending on from where you ship the item back to us. However once Artwoodenstuff receives them, the goods will be inspected within 3 business days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
If you change your mind about the goods (including the jewel base modell or wood type), the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
As such, please email [email protected], and please include your order number and a description of the reason for the return. Artwoodenstuff will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note, Artwoodenstuff can exchange the item only for that modell type or price amount you have chosen originally.
If you get a faulty item you may be able to return it for a refund or exchanging it for a new one. To return a faulty item please email Artwoodenstuff ([email protected]) who is in touch with you along the whole process. I will send you an email confirming the action we have taken when I am confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the Paypal address used to make the original purchase and in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email [email protected]
Return goods are your responsibility until they reach Artwoodenstuff’s head office Please ensure you ship your return to prevent any damage to the items. If you have changed your mind and you need another type of jewelry bases and you return the original item to Artwoodenstuff, I’m not responsible for any items that are returned to me in error.
Please note, Artwoodenstuff will NOT pay for shipping on product that is returned to us. For your protection, Artwoodenstuff recommends that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.
How do I return?
Step 1: Repack the item along in its original packaging.
Step 2: Use a reliable postal service to send the items back to Artwoodenstuff.
If you have chosen to exchange for a different wooden base or type, the exchange will be processed once we receive your returned item.
We highly recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of goods you are returning, and that you also obtain proof of postage to avoid any problems. The cost of shipping goods back to is not refunded.
Depending on the postal service you use, it may take some time for the returned items to arrive with Artwoodenstuff. Once Artwoodenstuff receives your returned order, Artwoodenstuff will inspect the goods within 3 business days and provided I am satisfied with your return, process your refund as quickly as possible.
Please note: Unless the items are faulty, the goods must be returned to us. Any refund will automatically be issued to the Paypal address used to make the original purchase within 3 days from the day we receive your returned item.
Please note that once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel or amend it. You are able to return an order for a refund under our Returns Policy.
